Read It & Watch It

With the popularity of Outlander, Orange is the New Black, and Game of Thrones, it's no surprise to see more books become TV shows and movies.

In 2016, we witnessed the debut of Queen Sugar on the OWN network which is one of my favorite shows to watch.  In February, Big Little Lies debuted on HBO to be followed by the movie adaptation on April 22nd of The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.  On April 8th, we will see Pierce Brosnan star as The Son on AMC.

I would love to see more books become TV shows and movies and hope that Hollywood continues to look at books for ideas.
